Nourish Organic Juice Bar at Stone Bank Farm Market

Cultivating Nourish into a space that exudes total wellness for the whole body has always been my vision. (Hi, I’m Nourish Founder, Allie) . If you’ve ever gotten the opportunity to speak with me , you know how passionate I am about all things wellness and have probably heard me use the term FARMacy- the knowing that there is incredible power in and and need to return to farm fresh food and the land for healing- mind, body and spirit.

When the opportunity for Nourish to consider a home at Stone Bank Farm Market ( just 10 minutes from our previous location) presented, it was an incredibly special moment for me, Stone Bank Farm Market is a place that is built around humans and nature thriving together- a place I used during my own autoimmune journey. I’ve learned first hand the importance of cultivating not only a business, but also food, community, nature and relationships. it is a full circle moment to have Nourish be part of such beautiful place.

It was a soul yes.

Nourish has always been more than just about the transaction between a seller and buyer — there is a mutual exchange of care and understanding. We take pride in connecting with our customers on a spiritual level, ensuring they feel acknowledged and supported regardless of where they are in life. Whether they are embarking on a wellness journey, navigating a divorce, or grieving a loss, we are here to walk alongside them.

This is further and better supported by our move to the farm. The beautiful landscape and views. The thriving gardens. The singing birds (cueing nervous system safety). The responsible way that the farm operates. The events taking place that draws in consciously-living humans. The strong connection between nature and human and human to human is palpable here.

When you’re enjoying your smoothie while watching the butterflies in the gardens, you’ll feel it.

When you’re watching the kids running around on the farm grounds while you catch up with a friend, you’ll feel it.

When you’re back home unpacking and preparing the locally-grown goods you picked up earlier in the day, including decadent treats that no one will know are healthier alternatives to the usual favorites, you’ll feel and taste it.

We’re happy to contribute to this vision and energy. We’re even happier to share it with you. It’s worth it to us to make the changes that we believe will make our individual and collective healing possible, and that’s why the farm is such a perfect home for this new chapter of the Nourish story.

THE UNFAMILIAR CAN BE CHALLENGING

We have loved our time in Delafield for the ability to connect with you and the absolute convenience it provided for many — of course when healthy options are easily at your disposal they are easiest to keep up with. We know that the time it may take for some to come to the farm may be greater than it did to our original shop, but we hope that you’ll carve out those extra moments and maybe even use them to your advantage.

Part of Nourish’s vision is also to encourage us to connect with ourselves, and the foods we are consuming. In the few weeks since relocating, we’ve seen many of you invest a few extra moments to drive this way AND ironically, want to spend more time to take a breath, to look around at the beautiful countryside, and perhaps, to find some gratitude for the opportunity to let your whole system exhale in the sanctuary that this land is.

We know that change can be tricky, but we also know that the relationship between change — specifically with lifestyle, food, and health — is related and important. We hope that you’ll consider giving us a chance. We’ll be here when you’re ready.

THE NOURISH COMMITMENT & VISION

At Nourish at Stone Bank Farm, we feel we’re building a partnership that perfectly aligns with our values, creating a hub for our community to learn, enjoy personalized drinks, and savor fresh farm-to-table cuisine. Reconnection with nature, our roots, where our food is sourced, and each other — embodying the essence of Nourish: connection, community, nature, and conscious sourcing of food.

HUMAN CONNECTION

We believe that true health encompasses not only physical well-being, but also fostering meaningful connections with others and prioritizing quality time with loved ones. That’s why we are thrilled to introduce sit-in dining options, providing a space for people to come together and nourish both their bodies and their relationships.

COMMUNITY

Our commitment to building a supportive and like-minded community is evident in our classes, healthy eating options, and wellness offerings. We believe that by coming together in a shared pursuit of health and happiness, we can create a supportive network that uplifts and inspires each member.

CONNECTION TO NATURE

Connection to nature is at the heart of our philosophy, as we recognize the importance of grounding ourselves in the beauty and abundance of the natural world. By acknowledging and appreciating the nourishment that nature provides, we can cultivate a sense of gratitude and connection that enriches our lives.

CONSCIOUS SOURCING

Furthermore, we place a strong emphasis on transparency and integrity in sourcing our food. By knowing and understanding where our ingredients come from and the methods used to cultivate them, we can ensure that our smoothies, lattes and juice are not only delicious, but also sustainably and ethically produced. This connection to the origins of our food is essential for promoting both personal and planetary well-being.

I look forward to reconnecting through classes, cafe seating, and walking the beautiful grounds over a craft latte. Together, we will connect with nature and our true roots and help raise humanity's vibration. I look forward to serving you soon in our new location.
