It all started when…
Hi, I am Allie Stark, founder of Nourish Organic Juice Bar. In 2019, after going through my own health journey, I was inspired to open a warm, welcoming place where individuals could use ingredients found in nature to support their well-being. Prior to this concept, I was overweight, grieving the loss of my mom, and not taking care of myself. I ended up finding myself sick. I had every symptom in the book...you name it, I had it! Despite consulting conventional resources, I wasn't finding the answers that resonated with my personal health journey. So, I chose to listen to my body and take an active role in my healing process — I believe we all have the power to advocate for our own well-being.
Through testing and persistent research, I discovered I had Epstein-Barr, Hashimoto’s, and severe gut dysbiosis. I also realized that emotional stress and unresolved trauma may have contributed to my health struggles. In my experience, I’ve come to believe that emotions and stress can play a significant role in many health challenges. After discovering this, I fully committed to working on both my physical and emotional well-being. I lost 100 pounds, further changed my lifestyle, slowed down, and juiced my heart out.
Throughout this process, I saw firsthand how nourishing foods and plants could support my health. I believe that nature offers many resources to help us feel our best, and I’m passionate about sharing that knowledge with others. Nourish came to life when I was in the depth of my illness and desperately craved a place like it: somewhere I could go to heal, that used quality organic ingredients, and happily worked around all my food sensitivities. Nourish isn’t just a passion project for me; it’s core to my personal mission. I want to restore hope in our healing journey. AND I want to make getting healthy fun again!

Since my mission incorporates healing holistically, that means the mind, body, and soul connection must be attended to. Nourish and all of my personal offerings (coming fall 2024) are designed to help you uncover your most healthy and most purposeful self.
